How to Identify and Prevent Dissatisfied Cosmetic Patients

About the Session:

New guidelines have been introduced by the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) which require cosmetic practitioners to conduct evaluations of patient suitability for aesthetic surgery or non-surgical procedures, considering the individual’s psychological functioning, mental health and wellbeing.

While the majority of patients are satisfied with the results of their aesthetic procedure, between 10-20% express dissatisfaction which can lead to negative outcomes for both patient and cosmetic practitioner.
