Patient Satisfaction Questionnaire -
Aesthetic and Functional Outcomes

The Patient Satisfaction Questionnaires involve three separate questionnaires assessing satisfaction with various aspects of a cosmetic procedure.

The Outcomes module includes 7 questions which assess satisfaction with the aesthetic and functional outcomes of a cosmetic procedure or surgery.

It is designed for cosmetic practitioners to gain feedback on how satisfied a patient is with the results of their procedure, allowing them to support patients in the event of dissatisfaction or to improve the service.
